Kangan is a transformative HR leader who is passionate about creating workplaces where everyone can thrive. With over 16 years of experience, Kangan has a proven track record of driving organizational growth and transformation across the APAC region. She is a master of talent strategy, employee experience, and change management. As the Regional Head of People APAC for CBRE's Global Workplace Business (GWS) Team, Kangan is responsible for shaping the employee experience strategy and leading projects and initiatives that maximize employee value and output. Kangan is also a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion. She has created a diversity and inclusion council at CBRE and is a certified change management practitioner. Kangan is a highly respected and sought-after HR leader in the APAC region. She is a frequent speaker at industry events and has been featured in various publications. She is also a member of the CBRE Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.Kangan is committed to helping organizations build a better future for their people and the planet.

Kylie McGavin

Values led Diversity & Inclusion Leader helping organisations embrace flexibility, challenge the status quo and create new cultures for tomorrow’s workplace.
Kylie has over 25 years experience in Human Resources, spending her career in the field. Over the past three years she has led HSBC's inclusion team across Asia Pacific.

Mehreen Umair Quddusi
Director, Humar Resources, Marriott Hotels 

Having obtained my Masters degree in HR, I have been in the field since 2008. I have been associated to
public and private organizations including the multinational organization that has diversified my
portfolio by allowing me to work with people of different cultures, nationalities, religions and
ethnicities.
In my career I have worked for Landirenzo – an Italian multinational and Avery Dennison that is one of
the American Fortune 500 companies. I was then associated with one of the well-known retail apparel
chains in Pakistan having more than 100 outlets all over the country. Currently I am serving the Marriott
Hotel in Karachi as Director Human Resources.
Being passionate about people, I am always ready to take up new challenges and bring excellence to
them!

Patrick Bruneau
Head of People & Culture, Diageo

Patrick is a HR Executive and Registered Psychologist with over 15 years of experience in leading people and culture initiatives across various industries and jurisdictions in Asia. He is currently the Head of People and Culture at Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, where he oversees the business partnering across all major functions, employment relations, talent strategy, inclusion and diversity, leadership development, and organisational design.

 

As a passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic individual, Patrick is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse working environment that fosters high performance, innovation, and well-being. He has a proven track record of supporting and coaching C-level executives to engage and lead culture change, mergers and acquisitions, and ESG and ID&E strategy. He also leverages his background in psychology and education to deliver impactful programs and solutions that enhance the capabilities and potential of employees at all levels.

Yolanda Kerr

Head of Growth, TDC Global

Yolanda Kerr is TDC Global’s Head of Growth. Originally a criminal defence lawyer working in one of busiest courts in Europe, Yolanda’s passion is in being part of bringing more equality and equity to minority groups across the globe.

 

Yolanda’s passion for fairness and equity led her to TDC Global as she resonated with TDC Global’s purpose – to drive change within organisations to help elevate more women and diverse talent.

Yolanda believes that at the core of every organisation is its people, and investing in those people and the systems surrounding them brings the best out in them which in turn accelerates an organisation’s ability to achieve its strategic objectives. Yolanda’s strength in blending her analytical thinking with the “human” element of work drives her passion and commitment to seeing results for both the individuals involved and the organisation as a whole. Yolanda is a sought-after panelist, speaker and SME in the DEI space.

With a HR career spanning 18 years across ANZ, APAC and the UK, Jessica has worked with some of the world's most progressive and dynamic brands; Nike, Virgin and Red Bull. Jessica is now the GM, People & Culture for Publicis Groupe, a leading global communications group with a key focus on leading DE&I and People Operations across ANZ. In 2023, Publicis Groupe won HR Team of the year at Australian HR Awards and has been named an Employer of Choice winner at the Australian Business Awards in 2023, 2022 & 2021. Jessica was also a B&T Women in Media finalist for People & Culture in 2022 and named one of the Top 100 Global HR leaders by HRD in 2021.

Sommer Nisbet
General Manager & Solutions Director, TDC Global

Sommer is the General Manager and leader of the DEI Solutions division for TDC Global. When designing solutions for TDC Global’s client base, Sommer draws on her rich experience as a people leader gained over the past 15 years.

Originally from Australia, Sommer has lived and worked across the APAC region as an Executive General Manager before moving into leadership development, and strategic HR roles. Sommer holds a Bachelor of Business and Masters of Organisational Leadership, which enables her to balance empirical, proven frameworks with real-world commercial expertise to power up inclusive leadership capability and advance organisational culture.

Sommer is driven by the belief that change is possible and that human connection is an enabler of great performance, both in the workplace and in society.

Sarah is the Vice President People & Culture for the Australian, New Zealand & Pacific business units, at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP), the world's largest Coca-Cola bottler.  With over 19 years of experience as Human Resources professional gained within the FMCG and Financial Services industries Sarah has built a reputation for leading and developing high-performing teams to deliver complex people and business transformation programs.

As a certified executive coach, Sarah excels at enabling leaders and employees to achieve their full potential and enhance their performance. She also has key expertise in operating model and organisational design, mergers and acquisitions, and cultural transformation programs, having successfully led the integration of the Australian Coca-Cola Amatil business unit into CCEP in 2021. Sarah is passionate about creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and growth.

 

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and a Masters of Human Resources & Organisational Coaching.
