Cohl, based in Austin, Texas, has honed his career in helping and consulting high performing ecommerce brands to achieve new heights through industry leading tech. With a focus on helping Customer Experience and Marketing teams, with heavy involvement of how to bring trustworthy AI solutions to organizations in order to expand team members abilities and to create better overall shopping experiences for customers.


Cohl is currently US lead at DigitalGenius, where he helps brands enhance their CX, scale customer service and deliver increased CSAT and NPS using AI-powered automation.

Adeola Adeosun
Founder, WebWise Consultants & Former Head of eCommerce CX, Tramontina

Adeola Adeosun, based in Houston, TX, but originally from New York, has woven her career journey through the diverse tapestry of digital commerce. Beginning at EbonyLife TV in Lagos, Nigeria, she immersed herself in the intricacies of digital marketing and partnerships, laying the foundation for her future roles. Transitioning to positions in the retail sector, Adeola honed her skills at Charming Charlie, Academy Sports and Outdoors, CVS Health, and most recently Tramontina USA, Inc. Armed with a Bachelor of Arts in Merchandising from Louisiana State University, she continues to make strides in the digital commerce landscape.

Recently, Adeola has also started consulting for small businesses, focusing on ecommerce growth to prepare them for retail entry, acquisitions, and attracting investors. Driven by her passion for innovation and excellence, she leverages her extensive experience to help these businesses scale effectively and navigate the complexities of the ecommerce landscape. Adeola remains steadfast in her pursuit of learning and growth, always seeking new ways to drive success in the digital commerce arena.
