Alberto Ferreira
Service Design Lead, Lloyds Bank 

Alberto Ferreira is a user research and service design professional with over fifteen years of experience in UX and service design on both client and agency side. Currently he is Service Design Lead at Lloyds Banking Group, where his team is supporting and guiding a mass pivoting into a user-centric journey-based approach for designing internal employee services. He has also worked on innovation workstreams in Vodafone, where he led the establishment of the digital User Research and Service Design functions in the UK market. He has also worked on improving the digital experience of companies like Sony, the BBC, and Emirates. He is the author of Universal UX: Building Multicultural Experience, a book on the specialised practices and implementations of UX across the globe.

Savitha Ajitraj
Lead Product Manager, PayPal

Savitha has close to 15 years of experience in Product Management in multiple domains including online marketplaces, onboarding, enterprise products, digital payments, compliance and eCommerce driving trust at scale. She has built several products/platforms in startup and enterprise world and balances the art of growth with experimentation mindset and scaling with platform and API mindset globally. She is currently leading Unfied Onboarding for Online and Instore experience at PayPal bringing Omni Channel vision to life.

Savitha is also a core believer of “Sharing is caring” and shares product management insights at various International Product forums and is pursuing visiting faculty role to build the next gen of “Product Leaders”.

Kavya Vibhu
Analytics Product Lead, M&G Investments 

Over her nearly two-decade career, Kavya has driven multiple technology transformations in FinTech, delivering impactful solutions that drive business growth and innovation. Having worked for banks like Citi, Lloyds Banking Group, BNP Paribas, Royal Bank of Scotland and fintechs like WorldPay in the past, she is passionate about working on cutting edge technologies that focuses on innovation and making a genuine human impact. She is electronics engineer by education and started her career as a software developer in Oracle, India. She then moved to London to work within Investment Banking as a Business Analyst. After an executive MBA from Bayes Business School (formerly Cass), she transitioned into Product Management. In her first product role, she helped launch a digital multi-brand insurance product to 5 million customers. Kavya is currently with M&G Investments as the first product hire to establish product management as a function within Asset Management to develop innovative solutions using Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning.

Dejan Dragusin
Technical Product Manager, Optimizely

Dejan Dragusin currently serves as a Technical Product Manager at Optimizely, managing the Experimentation Data Platform and driving innovation in data-driven experimentation. He previously specialized in onboarding customers into experimentation products. Dejan has started his career at an agency, helping customers build experiments and later moved to PVH, where he led the experimentation program for Tommy Hilfiger.
