Raj Badhwar has 28 years of hands-on leadership experience in Cybersecurity and IT, working for large financial institutions, and for defense and telecommunications companies, and has held senior Cybersecurity and IT leadership roles, including CISO. Raj is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), an Oracle Cloud Certified Professional (OCP), and is FINRA licensed. He has authored 4 cybersecurity books – The CISO Guide to Incident Response, The CISO Guide to Zero Trust Security, The CISO’s Next Frontier: AI, Post-Quantum Cryptography & Advanced Security Paradigms, and The CISO’s Transformation: Security Leadership in a High Threat Landscape. He’s co-authored 14 security patents and advises several boards on cybersecurity strategy.

Gene Sun
Corporate VP & CISO, FedEx

Gene Sun is corporate vice president and global Chief Information Security Officer for FedEx Corporation, responsible for managing the digital risks of its broad transportation, eCommerce, and retail business services. Sun provides global leadership and strategic direction for cyber security, eCommerce fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and business continuity across all FedEx operating companies which consist of more than 560,000 team members and an annual revenue of $84 billion. He is co-chair of the FedEx IT Risk Council. Before being named CISO, Sun held various leadership roles in information technology, finance, and marketing within FedEx Services.

Stephanie Franklin-Thomas is a senior information technology executive with more than 25 years of experience assisting public and privately held companies in various industries to transform and protect their businesses worldwide. Stephanie’s career reflects a demonstrated track record in leading successful large-scale technology focused transformation initiatives, optimizing technology enablement to support business initiatives in complex, global business environments, and executing M&A transactions across the deal lifecycle in domestic and global markets. She also brings deep corporate governance experience through her work with corporate boards, including audit, risk and compliance committees, and is qualified to serve on audit committees as a regulatory compliance expert.
